02What we build

Shapes from 8′ to 12′6″ come off one floor.

Our shapes run from 8′ to 12′6″, so a retail line and a rental fleet come off one floor. Pick a shape and we take it to your deck print, your pad and your bundle.

Outline, deck print, pad pattern, colour and bundle are yours to set. We sample your spec in 10 to 15 days before anything runs on the line.

04Pressure

Every seam is sprayed, then the board rests.

Every seam gets a 100% soap spray test, then 24 hours of rest for a second leak check. Deck work adds 24 hours of curing, and packing waits another 12.

05The floor

Seventy people, one plant.

Seventy people work this plant: six in R&D, five in QC, the rest on the floor. The press, the glue benches and the packing tables all sit in our Weihai plant.
